Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) are employer provided benefit programs that assist employees with personal problems and/or work-related problems that may impact job performance, health, mental and emotional well-being. 

TLCCC will work in a consultative role with managers and supervisors to address employee and organizational challenges and needs. Our collaborative effort will also serve to reduced turnover and absenteeism, and a higher employee productivity rate.

Executive Leadership and Management leads are able to consult about:

Employees will have access to Crisis Intervention services which will help employees sort through:

- Unexpected life changes

- Mediate difficult work challenges

- Anxiety and stress


Short term support for managers and leaders to provide feedback, goal setting, short term planning and following up support to track impact.
